AleSmith Brewing Is Rolling Out 16 oz. Cans of Speedway Stout
(San Diego, CA) – AleSmith Brewing Company is announcing that it is making its celebrated Speedway Stout available in individual 16-ounce cans. Traditionally sold in 750ml bottles, the fan favorite imperial stout will make a debut in single-serving, all-black cans. This is the second canned beer in AleSmith’s line-up with AleSmith IPA cans released in 2016.
Chocolate and roasted malts are supported by notes of dark fruit, toffee, and caramel in this modern imperial stout known for its pitch-black color. A healthy dose of artisan-roasted coffee added to each batch brings out the beer’s dark chocolate flavors. Despite its intensity, AleSmith Speedway Stout’s fine carbonation and creamy mouthfeel make it smooth and extremely drinkable, earning it the maximum score of 100 on Ratebeer.com.
