New Brew Thursday : Sneak Attack : 21st Amendment Brewery
It’s smack dab in the middle of San Francisco beer week, and since we couldn’t get up for the festivities this year, we are cracking a local SF favorite, 21st Amendment, and their Sneak Attack Saison, cause In Your Face Winter!
Stephen can’t talk, which is probably for the best … Matt gets sent down a path of super saisons and magnums … and Shaun helps John find his mommy.
Master Pairings is on location at Stone Brewing Company, at Winter Storm, with Stephen joining Bill! We’re pairing blueberry muffins, made by Stone’s Pastry Chef Tony Martin, with Stone’s Cali-Belgique aged in red wine barrels.
