New Brew Thursday : Fathead : Nebraska Brewing Company : W/ Special Guest Tyson Arp
This week Stephen is in Nebraska, so he joins in via skype with Head Brewer Tyson Arp from Nebraska Brewing Company, and we drink some Fathead, a delicious Scotch Ale/Barleywine.
Stephen and Tyson are in their own “state” of mind, literally. Matt and John hang out in the studio back in California and we try to make a show work from many states away!
On Master Pairings with Dr. Bill, Bill is joined again by Chris White from Golden State Cigars, and they pair Pliny the Elder with an amazing Casa Magna Poquito cigar. While a lighter cigar is generally called upon for a Double IPA pairing, this full bodied full flavored cigar brings a little something extra to the table.
When we come by we agree that skyping is an odd experience, so thanking for you bearing with us. Stephen still kind of hates the MidWest, but Nebraska Brewing Co is helping change that, and Matt shouts, but no one hears.
