This week we’re heading out to Big Sky country .. Missoula, Montana. We’re drinking Brush Tail Farmhouse Saison from Big Sky Brewing Company.

Geography is not Matt’s forte, John and Stephen are missing Hard Liver festival in Seattle, and Stephen is glad the early days of NBT are lost to history.

On this weeks Master Pairings with Dr. Bill, Randy Clemens is in the house.. Randy brought some Cuvee Saint-Gilloise straight from Cantillion, and to pair with that some cheese made by Brassierre DuPont washed with Cantillion.
