New Brew Thursday : Baltic Porter : Alaskan Brewing Co.

This week we have the opportunity to finally, after 3 years, to do a show that we tried to do in 2009. Alaskan Brewing Co’s Baltic Porter, a fantastic variation of the Baltic Porter style the includes cherries, vanilla, and oak. We also bring back food, for this episode.

Stephen’s beard is back, sort of. We remember Brad Kohlenberg, Matt is a whore who needs to go back to his whore island, and we all masticate openly.

On Master Pairings with Dr. Bill, John joins Bill for a tasty pairing with Unibroue Maudite and a Cuban style roasted Albacore Tuna melt, featured at the Stone Brewing Co World Bistro and Gardens.

Stephen is possessed by the evil spirit of Sarah Palin, Matt wants to shoot t-shirts at people with a gun, and Fat Mike from NoFX ruined the anniversary party ..

We FINALLY have a set date for our Third Anniversary party ..
