From The Brew Kettle Production Works – A West Coast style IPA full of citrus-like and tropical fruit like hop flavor and aroma with an assertive yet smooth bitter finish….malt, take a back seat please.

The Brew Kettle Production Works – TBK Production Works White Rajah IPA – 12 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 6.8% abv.

Appearance:  Pours a bright hazy amber with a head that subsides to a ring of white.

Aroma:  Grapefruit/tangerine, sweet malt, dried apricot.

Taste: Bitter hops, caramel malt, spicy yeast. Grapefruit finish. Alcohol well hidden.

Mouthfeel: Full bodied. Rough.

Overall:  Very balanced. Not too shabby,super drinkable. Very tame for using the term West Coast IPA.
