New Brew Thursday – Blueberry – Cascade Brewing Co with guest Duke Geren
This week we break out one of the best sours in the country, Blueberry from Cascade Brewing Co. We’re joined by a member of the #PDXBeerGeeks, Duke Geren (@dukester), who an expert on all things Beer in Portland.
Matt farts from his penis, and rudely pours his glass first, Stephen decides to be all over Matt’s balls, Duke wants the yeast shot, and John just wants everyone to “Chill Yo!” …
On Master Pairings with Dr. Bill, Matt joins Bill in the kitchen for some curry! A spicy Panang curry with chicken over rice. Of course, Sriracha is in play to bring up the spicy! All of this is paired with a fabulous wheat doppelbock from Schneider and Sohn brewing, Aventinus.
After Master Pairings Matt dons his superhero identity, Captain Obvious, Duke promotes Portland, Stephen wants to party in Portland, and John clarifies comments from the beginning of the show.
