(Woodfin, NC) – Zillicoah Beer Company, located at 870 Riverside Dr in Woodfin, NC will celebrate the return of their boutique beer festival, Session Fest. This annual, “small beer” invitational highlights refreshing, session-style beers from some of the most creative and skilled breweries in today’s craft beer scene.
The festival’s inaugural celebration, in 2018, featured a lineup of 20 craft breweries largely located in the southeast region. This year, Zillicoah Beer owners Jeremy Chassner, Johnathan Parks and Jonathan Chassner, invited a broader list of makers, focusing on breweries that inspired their own beer journey. The result is a stellar group from across the nation, bringing an array of rare and hard-to-get small lagers and ales not typically available to the Asheville craft beer enthusiast.
“This year we wanted to treat our community to something different, something exciting – beers they may not have the chance to get their hands on,” said Chassner. “The 2019 Session Fest lineup showcases a list of craft breweries who have truly inspired us over the years — and continue to do so today.”
