Burial Beer 5th Annual Sharpen the Blades Saison Fest

(Asheville, NC) – Burial Beer‘s 5th Annual Sharpen the Blades Saison Fest is April 28th from 12pm-8pm. Saisons from 30+ Breweries from around the country. Spring Feast by Salt and Smoke. Live Music by Fashion Bath, Doc Aquatic and Shaken Nature. Every year at Sharpen the Blades Saison Fest we release a special bottle that speaks to the Spring season. This year, a beautiful version of The Garden of Earthly Delights Mixed Culture Saison will be our celebratory beer. This Blonde Saison was fermented with house mixed culture and aged in oak puncheons. Re-fermented on Blood Orange, Carolina Beets and Rayburn Farms’ rosemary and turmeric, and bottle conditioned in 500ml bottles.
