Summit Movie Contest – Deadline Extended

Submitted by Jonny Fullpint on May 23, 2008 – 9:09 am No Comment

Don’t Panic!

We have extended the deadline for the first ever Summit Beer Movie Contest, so we want you to remain calm, cool, and creative.

You now have until June 3 to get your masterpieces to us. The brewery will stay open until 7pm on that Tuesday for last minute film drop-offs. There is still plenty of time to make your movie—remember it only has to be 5 minutes or less and feature a Summit product placement.

Visit thesocialelement.com for full contest details.
Need added incentive? We’ve posted our own little Summit film that involves dancing brewers and the French New Wave. Yes, you might want to check it out.

So don’t just spend your Memorial Day weekend at the cabin, kicked back in a lawn chair and drinking beer—videotape yourself at the cabin, kicked back in a lawn chair and drinking Summit. Okay, that one might not actually win, but all entrants are invited to the screening party in June to drink some free beer and watch the beer movies. So you make a movie, we’ll throw you a party, deal?

We look forward to seeing your creations!

P.S. Do you still need costumes for your Summit film? Check our online store for our huge CLEARANCE sale on some of your favorite Summit items!
