Cambridge, MA – That’s right! Tomorrow is Cambridge Brewing Co.‘s 13th Annual Bass and Beer Festival. Each year we celebrate the coming of the Atlantic Striped Bass with several dishes featuring this iconic summer fish with suggested beer pairings from Executive Chef David Drew and Brewmaster Will Meyers.
As he’s done for the past 12 years, CBC owner Phil “Brewdaddy” Bannatyne will take his spot at the outdoor patio grill to make his famous Grilled Striped Bass with Corn on the Cob, Collards with Pancetta, and House Made Mango Salsa.
Other offerings for the evening include Smoked Striped Bass Fritters with Lemon Aioli and OM Brined Striper. Each dish is matched with a suggested beer pairing. All items are available a la carte.
