Los Angeles, CA – Game of Thrones fans rejoice! “Take the Black Stout” is coming to Los Angeles! Celebrate the end of L.A. Beer Week at an exclusive release event at Blue Palms Brewhouse, 6124 Hollywood Blvd, from 1-5 pm on Sunday, September 29. Be among the first to taste “Take the Black Stout,” the highly anticipated second beer in the collaborative series between Brewery Ommegang and HBO based on the network’s hit show Game of Thrones.
Presale tickets are available for $15 at www.brewhousela.com. Subject to capacity, $20 tickets will be available at the door. Included in the ticket price is a commemorative Game of Thrones glass with a pour of “Take the Black Stout,” and a gourmet sausage to pair with your beer. Also included is access to the beautiful rooftop terrace at The Fonda Theatre. Enjoy a stunning view of L.A. while members of the “Nights Watch” mingle with the crowd. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes but pet dragons must be checked at the door.
The release party also features a Game of Thrones-inspired menu paired with specialty beers from Duvel, Chouffe, Liefmans, and Maredsous as well as “Iron Throne Blonde Ale” and other beers from Brewery Ommegang.
