An Evening of Hot Chili and Cold Beer

Date: October 23 (yes, Thursday) 6pm

Location: Newark Museum, Newark, NJ

Highlights: More than 60 domestic and international beers, and a variety of chilis to sample; admission includes private viewing of “Paths to Impressionism: French and American Landscape Paintings,” from the Worcester Art Museum and the historic Ballantine House, home of the famed beer-brewing family; prizes, including two JetBlue tickets.

Taste over 60 of the finest domestic and international beers, and sample delectable chilis in the setting of the beautiful Newark Museum. Participating breweries include; Abita, Allagash, Ballast Point, Dogfish Head, Flying Dog, Magic Hat, Peak Organic, Stone Brewing and more. click here for a full list

    I’m going to try to work this out… Today is December 22nd. The date given above is October 23rd. I’m breathing carefully… thinking… hoping… that somehow the evidence is telling me something different from what I’m wanting it to tell me. Am I too late for the festivities?
