I’d like to nominate Flying Dog Brewery. Though there are numerous Colorado breweries whose beers are among my favorites, Flying Dog and Lefthand are the tops – in my opinion.

Steamworks Brewing Company in Durango, CO
Three Rivers Brewing Company in Farmington, NM
are a couple good breweries not on your list from the Four Corners area.
