Appearance: Pours a dark brown with a thin but creamy cap of beige foam.

Aroma: Coffee, cocoa, cinnamon and chocolate cereal.

Taste: Dry roast, slightly burnt malt, and dark chocolate.

Mouthfeel: Fizzy and dry.

Overall: Really good, well done, fresh and tasty.
