From Dupont – The Bons Vœux is a blond top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.
Since 1970, the brewery has been brewing a special beer to give as a new years present to their best clients. (the name of this beer “Avec les bons Vœux de la brasserie Dupont » means « With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont » ).

Brasserie Dupont – Dupont Avec les Bons Voeux – 750 ml bottle poured into a tulip. 9.5% abv. Shared with Dr. Bill at Stone World Bistro and Gardens

Appearance: Pours a vibrant cloudy yellow with a sudsy head.

Aroma: Floral and citrus bursts, followed by spicy coriander, pepper and a nice touch of lavender.

Taste: Lavender, spicy Belgian yeast and bitter Euro hops.

Mouthfeel: Refreshingly fizzy.

Overall:  A fantastic, floral strong Saison.  I could smell and drink this beer all day.
