Coronado Idiot IPA
From Coronado - The CBC Idiot IPA is an all natural India Pale Ale. A big beer with an 8.5% ABV and brewed with over 3 pounds of hops per barrell. Watch out, this unfiltered “San Diego IPA” has been known to reduce even the most intelligent to a blithering “idiot”. (8.5% ABV)
Coronado Brewing Company – Coronado Idiot IPA – On tap at 38 Degrees Alhambra, CA 8.5% abv.
Appearance: Pours an orange gold with a lasting white ring of head.
Aroma:Big grapefruit and mango.
Taste: Dry spicy malt, pineapple and citrus. A touch of toffee and apricot. Finishes dry and bitter.
Mouthfeel: Astringent with medium carbonation.
Overall: A above average hoppy beer with great aroma, taste and body.
