From Cigar City Brewing – Our Maduro Brown Ale aged on whole beans from Naviera Coffee Mills #3 Espresso blend with chicory.
Cigar City Brewing – Cuban Espresso Maduro – Growler shared at The Bruery in Placentia, CA – 5.5% abv.
Appearance: Pours a translucent dark brown with frothy swirls.
Aroma: Colombian coffee, vanilla, and cigar box.
Taste: Espresso, chocolate, coffee, bitter burnt roast, and caramel.
Mouthfeel: Thin.
Overall: The single best coffee beer I have ever had. No spent filter/spent grinds, just nice coffee notes.

I concur! I enjoyed this at the CCB Tap Room this past Saturday and loved it. I love coffee beers and this is an extraordinary example.
