The Fort Collins Brewery Expansion

Submitted by Jonny Fullpint on November 25, 2009 – 3:41 pm No Comment

The Fort Collins BreweryDirt is moving in Fort Collins, CO as construction is now underway at the future home of The Fort Collins Brewery. The new 30,000 SF facility is being built just a mile away from FCB’s current location but worlds closer to the Old Town business district and the Poudre River Bike Trail.

FCB’s new location will feature a 50Bbl brew system and room for more fermenters allowing FCB to meet the growing demand for their products. In addition to expanded brewing capacity, the new site will feature a 4,000 SF upscale restaurant which will afford visitors a view into production areas of the brewery. A community room will be available for private events and an onsite tasting room will offer brewery tours and beer samples. The new Fort Collins Brewery facility could be open as soon as May, 2010.

The Fort Collins Brewery is a family owned business operating in the outskirts of Old Town Fort Collins, CO. They proudly craft 7 full time brews including Chocolate Stout, 1900 Amber Lager and Rocky Mountain IPA. They will celebrate their 6th birthday in 2010.
