Pagosa Brewing Co.Release Date: Tuesday, March 17 – St. Patrick’s Day Party!
Fire-Stoned Irish Ale™ – We use super heated stones to give this beer an initial caramel sweetness that’s balanced with a roasted dry finish. Sláinte! (Cheers!) – After the Parade – Prizes for best clothing and/or colors.

Food Pairing: Corned Beef & Cabbage with Soda Bread from Pagosa Baking And, Chef Todd has promised us Corned Beer & Cabbage Pizzas with beer mustard sauce!

Date: Thursday, March 26 – March Madness Fund Raising Party!
United Way & LPEA – March Madness Basketball (featuring Fire Stoned Irish Ale) – Proceeds from Irish Ale go to United Way. Food Pairing: Chicken Wings (Beer BQ, Cajun & Beer Buffalo Sauces)

Release Date: Tuesday, April 7 – Repeal of Prohibition Party!
Pre-Prohibition Pils™ – Brewed in the nearly lost style of an American Pre-Prohibition Pilsner that uses native American grains and hops available to the immigrant German brewers of the time. – Prizes for best “Speak Easy Attire.” Food Pairing: Speak Easy Food Specials Date: Friday, May 15 – Classic Car Show! Chamber of Commerce Party – (featuring Classic American Pils) An American classic that can stand up to European Pilsners. Brewed with six-row malt and corn, which gives it a refreshing and grain-like flavor. Food Pairing: Classic American Burgers & Big Dogs

Release Date: May 27 (Wedding Anniversary)
Honeymoon Ale™ – To celebrate the anniversary of our Head Brewer & Lead Brewer, we brewed a special mead, a Braggot (a blend of honeywine & ale), made with orange blossom honey – State Champion! Food Pairing: Honey Lemon Chicken & More

Release Date: May 30 – Luau Party in the Beer Garden!
Coconut Porter™ – Our rich chocolate Porter that brewed with hand-toasted coconut. Think of a Mounds® bar that’s not too sweet – International Champion Specialty Beer! – Prizes for best “Island Attire” Food Pairing: Pit Roasted Pig & Island food specials (coconut shrimp?)

Release Date: Saturday, June 20 – Fund Raiser for SIDS

Summer Ale™ – Brewed in the style of English Summer Wheat Ale that’s golden colored with a biscuit-like malt flavor. A refreshing and thirst quenching summer beer. Food Pairing: Steak & Lobster (whole or tails) pre-order ONLY!

Release Date: July 4th
Rodeo Rider Red™ – A German Alt style ale with caramel malt flavors and a dry snappy finish. Very quaffable! Food Pairing: American BeerBQ Foods & Roasted Corn

Renaissance Faire Cask Ale – In the historical tradition, we’ll be serving our beers on cask, meaning they are naturally carbonated in the keg and served using gravity faucet. – Head up to Reservoir Hill for all the costumed festivities. Food Pairing: Honey Turkey Legs

Release Date: September – Save the Ranch Fund Raiser Party!
Ranch House Ale™ – Belgian-style Saison that dry and refreshing with spicy, citrusy, earthy, peppery notes and a definite handcrafted touch… A beer with real terroir! Food Pairing: tbd

Release Date: Saturday, October 3 – Oktoberfest Party!
Fall Fest Bier™ – German Oktoberfest-style bier with imported ingredients. FallFest has been lagered for weeks and weeks, which has made it drinkably smooth. – Prizes for best “Germanic Attire.” Food Pairing: Traditional German foods – sausages, red cabbage, etc!

Pumpkin Beer– Brewed with hand roasted pumpkin & spices for the holidays. – Prizes for best costumes. Food Pairing: tbd

Nipple Mountain Nip™ – American Barleywine with a heady hop aroma – State Champion! Food Pairing: tbd

Mountain Russian Stout™ – Imperial Stout with intensely roasted malts that meld with flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, espresso, and a lingering bittersweet finish. Food Pairing: tbd
