Four Peaks in Tempe, AZ is releasing a new barrel aged beer that sounds promising.

Stop by our Four Peaks Tempe location this Monday (August 9th) for the unveiling of our Wood Aged Portero Chingon! If you remember, roughly a year ago we had a Mexican Dark Chocolate infused Porter as a seasonal (if you’ve forgotten here was the Brewers Blog on it). Well, our intrepid brewers took some of it, stored it in bourbon barrels and allowed it to age for a year. By all indications it should be delicious!
