Firestone Walker Solace and Parabola Coming Soon

Submitted by Dan on December 23, 2009 – 6:14 am No Comment

Firestone Walker is adding two more beers to their quite impressive line up of bottled offerings. According to the latest newsletter, Firestone’s DBA Bulletin, they will be releasing a Spring/Summer offering called Firestone Solace and Firestone Parabola, which has been been spotted either at the tap room or at special events.

As we always do here at thefullpint.com, we will get the inside scoop on exactly what type of beer Solace will be, and what it tastes like shortly after it is released.

For now, we know Solace will be an ufiltered ale that should be easy drinking for spring and summer, and Parabola is an Imperial Stout, that was also part of Firestone Walker 13′s blend this year.

Not too long ago, it was only Double Barrel Ale, Pale 31, Lager, and Walkers Reserve. Now we have Double Barrel Ale, Pale 31, Union Jack, Walkers Reserve, Nectar IPA, Humboldt Hemp Ale, Red Nectar, Black Xantus, Anniversary Ale, as well as tap only goodies such as Double DBA, Double Jack (Returning in 2010),Velvet Merkin, Oaktoberfest, Abacus, Parabola and more.
